Ingredients:
  • 4 cups chopped fresh rhubarb
  • 1 pint strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 0.5 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 0.25 cup butter, cut into pieces
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Combine rhubarb, strawberries, and honey in a medium bowl, then transfer to a shallow baking dish. In the same bowl, mix oats, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Cut in butter with a pastry blender until crumbly, then spread over the fruit.
  • Place the dish in the preheated oven until the rhubarb is tender and the topping is golden brown, approximately 40 minutes. Serve the dish warm.
