Elegant lumpfish caviar pie with creamy mayo, sweet onion, and decadent cream cheese. Perfect for a fancy occasion!
Ingredients:
  • 4 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 cup minced sweet onion
  • 6 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 0.5 cup sour cream
  • 3.5 ounces black lumpfish roe
  • 2 lemons - cut into wedges, for garnish
  • 3 sprigs parsley, for garnish
Instructions:
  • Prepare the 8-inch springform pan by greasing it, then combine hard-boiled eggs with mayonnaise. Spread evenly at the bottom of the pan and sprinkle minced onion on top. Mix cream cheese and sour cream until smooth, then spread over the onion layer. Chill covered in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours before serving.
  • After chilling, remove the wrap from the pan and generously top with lumpfish roe. Gently slide a knife along the pie edge to separate from the springform pan. Finish off with a decorative touch of lemon wedges and fresh parsley before serving.
