Try a refreshing Mai Tai cocktail for your next summer party! Easy to make and perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients:
  • 125ml (1/2 cup) cold water
  • 100g (1/2 cup) caster sugar
  • 500.00 ml crushed ice
  • 125ml (1/2 cup) white rum
  • 60ml (1/4 cup) amaretto liqueur
  • 60ml (1/4 cup) orange curacao
  • 60ml (1/4 cup) fresh lime juice
  • 125ml (1/2 cup) dark rum
Instructions:
  • In a small saucepan, combine water and sugar over low heat. Stir and cook for 2 minutes until sugar dissolves. Increase heat to high and bring to a boil. Boil for 2 minutes until the syrup slightly thickens. Remove from heat and let cool for 30 minutes.
  • Distribute the ice evenly among 4 serving glasses. Pour in the white rum and top with amaretto. Layer with orange curacao sugar syrup, lime juice, and dark rum. Serve promptly for the best experience.
