Mamma's Macaroni Salad

Elevate your summer BBQ with our creamy macaroni salad.
Ingredients:
  • 1.5 cups uncooked elbow macaroni
  • 1.5 cups mayonnaise
  • 0.5 cup minced red onion
  • 0.5 cup minced celery
  • 0.25 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 tablespoons chopped pimento
  • 2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.13 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Instructions:
  • 1. Boil a large pot of lightly salted water. 2. Add elbow macaroni and cook until al dente, about 8 minutes, stirring occasionally. 3. Drain and let cool before using.
  • In a bowl, mix together mayonnaise, red onion, celery, parsley, pimento, relish, salt, and pepper.
  • Add the cooled macaroni to the mixing bowl and mix it with the dressing. Refrigerate until you're ready to serve, approximately for 2 hours.
