Ingredients:
  • 2 mangoes
  • 130.00 gm soy milk
  • 500ml Creamy Vanilla ice-cream
  • 24.00 gm icing sugar
  • 2 passionfruit, pulp removed
  • Almond bread, to serve
Instructions:
  • Peel mangoes and roughly chop the flesh. Combine in a blender or food processor with soy milk, ice cream, and sugar. Blend until smooth.
  • Serve the creamy mixture in chilled glasses, then elegantly drizzle with passionfruit and enjoy with almond bread on the side.
