Ingredients:
  • 4 (about 1.6kg) ripe mangoes
  • 750g (3 cups) Greek-style natural yoghurt
  • 375ml (1 1/2 cups) water
  • 60ml (1/4 cup) honey
  • 12 ice cubes
  • 1/2 tsp ground cardamom
Instructions:
  • Peel the mango and slice the cheeks close to the seed. Combine a third of the mango, yogurt, water, honey, ice cubes, and cardamom in a blender. Blend until smooth and pour into a large jug. Repeat this process twice more with the remaining ingredients. Cover with plastic wrap and chill in the fridge for 2 hours before serving.
