Delicious spaghetti bolognese made with Campbell's Real stock and Taste.com.au.
Ingredients:
  • 18.20 gm olive oil
  • 50g pancetta, sliced
  • 1 large brown onion, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
  • 500g beef mince
  • 1 medium carrot, peeled, finely diced
  • 1 stick celery, finely diced
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1 x 400g can chopped tomatoes
  • 500 ml (2 cups) Real stock – Beef
  • Grated parmesan, to serve
Instructions:
  • In a large heavy-based saucepan, heat oil over medium heat. Add pancetta and cook until golden, about 2 minutes. Stir in onions and garlic, cooking until starting to soften, for about 1-2 minutes. Increase heat to high, add mince, and cook until browned, approximately 10 minutes.
  • Sauté the carrot and celery for an additional 3 minutes.
  • Add some rich and savory Campbell's Real Stock to the pot, then mix in the canned tomatoes and fragrant bay leaves.
  • Bring the mixture to a boil, then simmer for 20 minutes until the sauce thickens.
  • Top off with your preferred pasta and sprinkle with savory parmesan cheese.
