Start your day with a delicious and nutritious yogurt berry smoothie, packed with flax seeds and soy milk.
Ingredients:
1cupsoy milk
2tablespoons flax seed meal
1cupGreek yogurt (such as Chobani®)
1cupfresh strawberries
0.5banana
3ounces baby carrots, cut into chunks
1tablespoonflaked coconut
1cupfrozen blueberries
Instructions:
In a blender, combine soy milk and flax seeds. Let flax seeds soften for 1 to 3 minutes. Blend on low speed while gradually adding yogurt, strawberries, banana, carrots, and coconut. Increase speed and blend until smooth after adding blueberries.
