Irresistibly sweet peanut butter chocolate chip cookies for everyone to savor!
Ingredients:
  • 260.00 gm smooth peanut butter
  • 161.25 gm caster sugar
  • 1 large egg, lightly beaten
  • 1.25 gm bicarbonate of soda
  • 1.20 gm salt
  • 142.50 gm Dark Chocolate Bits
  • 125.00 ml roasted salted peanuts
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 180°C/160°C fan-forced, then grease and line 2 large baking trays with baking paper.
  • In a large bowl, mix together peanut butter, sugar, egg, bicarbonate of soda, and salt until fully incorporated. Gently fold in chocolate chips and peanuts.
  • Roll 1 level tablespoon of dough into a ball using damp hands. Place on prepared tray, flatten slightly, and repeat with remaining dough, spacing balls 4cm apart on prepared trays.
  • Bake the cookies for 12 to 14 minutes or until they are golden and puffed, rotating the trays halfway through. Allow them to cool on the trays for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely. Serve and enjoy!
