Martha Stewart's white chocolate coconut rum hot cocoa is a luxurious treat.
Ingredients:
  • 257.50 gm milk
  • 270ml can coconut milk
  • 252.50 gm thickened cream
  • 150g white chocolate, chopped
  • 20.00 ml rum
Instructions:
  • In a saucepan over medium-low heat, gently warm milk, coconut milk, and cream for 2 to 3 minutes without boiling. Lower the heat and stir in the chocolate until melted and smooth. Cook for an additional 5 minutes until slightly thickened, then stir in rum before serving.
