Savory ground beef sandwich with beer and mustard on a fluffy bun, topped with onions.
Ingredients:
  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 1 (12 fluid ounce) can or bottle beer
  • 1 teaspoon granulated sugar
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons yellow mustard
Instructions:
  • Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until cooked through; then drain any excess fat.
  • Add the beer, salt, sugar, pepper, and yellow mustard to the mixture. Bring it to a boil, then reduce heat and let it simmer partially covered. Remove from heat once all the liquid has evaporated.
