Easy and delicious rhubarb upside-down cake made with just 4 ingredients using boxed cake mix. A quick and moist dessert option.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (18.25 ounce) package moist yellow cake mix
  • 2 cups diced rhubarb
  • 1.25 cups white sugar
  • 0.5 pint whipping cream
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9x13-inch pan by greasing and flouring it.
  • Follow the instructions on the cake mix package to prepare the batter, then transfer it into the prepared pan.
  • Combine fresh rhubarb with a sweet sprinkle of sugar in a bowl. Dollop the mixture over the batter in the pan and generously drizzle whipping cream on top.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Allow the cake to cool completely before unmolding onto a serving dish.
