Decadent triple chocolate chip cookies: rich, nutty, and irresistible. Guaranteed to disappear fast!
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup blanched slivered almonds, toasted
  • 4 (1 ounce) squares bittersweet chocolate, chopped
  • 1.5 cups semisweet chocolate chips
  • 4 (1 ounce) squares milk chocolate, chopped
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and generously grease the cookie sheets with butter.
  • Combine almonds, bittersweet, semisweet, milk chocolate pieces, and oats in a small bowl; then sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl.
  • Cream together butter, brown sugar, and white sugar until smooth in a large bowl. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla. Blend in the flour mixture until just combined, then fold in oats, nuts, and chocolates. Drop tablespoonfuls of dough onto the prepared cookie sheets.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 12 to 15 minutes. Let the cookies cool on the baking sheets for 2 minutes, then transfer to wire racks to cool completely.
