Creamy vanilla milk pudding made with rich evaporated milk and eggs, a cozy dessert for chilly evenings.
Ingredients:
  • 0.33333334326744 cup self-rising flour
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 0.875 cup water
  • 0.25 cup margarine, or more to taste
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch ground cinnamon
Instructions:
  • In a saucepan over medium-high heat, combine self-rising flour, sugar, eggs, evaporated milk, and water. Whisk continuously until the mixture comes to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer, whisking constantly, until the pudding thickens, about 15 to 20 minutes.
  • Once the pudding has thickened, gently fold in the margarine and vanilla extract until well incorporated.
  • Let the pudding cool off the heat for 10 minutes, then sprinkle with cinnamon and serve warm.
