Rose petal-infused gold French chocolates for a dazzling end to any special meal.
Ingredients:
  • 100g good-quality dark chocolate, roughly chopped
  • 25g good-quality white chocolate, roughly chopped
  • Edible gold leaf, to serve (see note)
  • Dried edible rose petals, to serve (see note)
Instructions:
  • Melt the dark chocolate and white chocolate in separate heatproof bowls placed over saucepans of barely simmering water, stirring until smooth. Remove from heat and let cool slightly before using.
  • Prepare a baking tray with parchment paper. Spoon small portions of dark chocolate onto the paper, allowing them to form flat discs. While still warm, add a touch of white chocolate in the middle and create a decorative swirl with a wooden skewer. Top with gold leaf and flower petals. Refrigerate for 15 minutes until firm, then enjoy!
