Smoked chicken salad with celery, almonds, basil, and grapes - a unique and flavorful combination.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (6 ounce) package smoked chicken breast, skin removed, cubed
  • 1 cup seedless grapes, halved
  • 0.5 cup diced red onion
  • 3 stalks celery, diced
  • 0.25 cup fresh basil leaves, cut into thin strips
  • 1 cup blanched slivered almonds
  • 0.75 cup mayonnaise
Instructions:
  • In a big bowl, toss together the smoked chicken, grapes, red onion, celery, basil, almonds, and mayonnaise. Stir until well combined. Refrigerate before serving.
