Decadent chocolate cake with a touch of cinnamon, perfect for a large single layer or two-layer sheet cake.
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 0.25 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 cups white sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 0.5 cup margarine, softened
  • 0.5 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup water
  • 0.5 cup sour milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and generously grease and flour a 12x18 inch pan.
  • Combine flour, cocoa, sugar, baking soda, and cinnamon in a large bowl. Stir in margarine, oil, water, sour milk, eggs, and vanilla until smooth. Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared pan.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Let it cool.
