Spice up tender baked chicken thighs with a zesty sauce!
Ingredients:
  • 0.75 cup cider vinegar
  • 0.25 cup chili sauce
  • 0.25 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 0.5 cup diced onion
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 0.5 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 8 chicken thighs
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Combine cider vinegar, chili sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and tomato paste in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Stir in onion, brown sugar, and cayenne pepper.
  • In a skillet over medium heat, saute the chicken thighs in oil until golden brown. Transfer to a baking dish and cover with the cider vinegar sauce.
  • Roast chicken covered in a preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until perfectly cooked through and the juices run clear.
