Michelle's chilli prosciutto wrapped prawns

This quick and easy recipe from Taste.com.au member mnagal is incredibly delicious!
Ingredients:
  • 2 small red chillies, deseeded, finely chopped
  • 1kg large green prawns, peeled, deveined (tails intact)
  • 180g prosciutto, cut into long thin strips
Instructions:
  • In a medium glass or ceramic bowl, combine the oil, chili, and prawns. Cover and let it sit for 20 minutes.
  • Preheat a sizzling barbecue plate. Skewer prawns and wrap with prosciutto. Grill skewers for 2 to 3 minutes, flip once, until fully cooked. Enjoy!
