Decadent peanut butter cheesecake brownies unite rich chocolate and creamy peanut butter for a match made in dessert heaven!
Ingredients:
  • 2 (3 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 0.5 cup peanut butter
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 2 cups white sugar
  • 1 cup butter, melted
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1.25 cups all-purpose flour
  • 0.75 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon baking powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and generously grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • Create a luscious peanut butter batter by blending together cream cheese, peanut butter, sugar, egg, and milk in a medium bowl until velvety smooth. Set it aside for later use.
  • In a large bowl, blend sugar, melted butter, and vanilla until combined. Add eggs one at a time, beating thoroughly after each. In a separate bowl, combine flour, cocoa, baking powder, and salt; then blend into the batter. Fold in chocolate chips until mixed in.
  • Reserve 1 cup of brownie batter. Spread the rest of the brownie batter in the dish. Layer peanut butter batter on top. Spoon the reserved chocolate batter in small amounts over top. Swirl through top layers with a knife for a marbled effect.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 35 to 40 minutes, or until a wooden toothpick near the center comes out almost clean. Cool completely and cut into bars.
