Creamy Beef Stroganoff Casserole: Beef cooked in rich mushroom sauce, served over noodles.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (16 ounce) package egg noodles
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 pinch salt and ground black pepper to taste
  • 1 pinch garlic powder
  • 2 (10.75 ounce) cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
  • 0.5 cup milk, plus more to taste
  • 1 (11 ounce) can diced carrots
Instructions:
  • 1. Bring a pot of salted water to a vigorous boil. Add egg noodles and cook until al dente, about 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Drain and transfer to a serving dish.
  • Season the ground beef generously with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  • 1. Preheat a large skillet over medium heat. Cook seasoned beef until browned, stirring occasionally for 6 to 8 minutes. Stir in cream of mushroom soup, cream cheese, and milk. Continue cooking and stirring until cream cheese is melted and the mixture is creamy, about 6 minutes.
  • Cover the noodles with the mixture and incorporate the carrots, making sure everything is well mixed.
