Whip up a refreshing green tonic with apple, honey, ginger, and lemon in minutes, no juicer needed!
Ingredients:
1.5 cups choppedescarole
1.5 cups choppedspinach
1cupchoppedkale
2stalkscelery, chopped
0.5 cupchoppedGranny Smith apple
0.5 cupwater
2tablespoons lemon juice
1tablespoonhoney
1 (1 inch) piecefresh ginger, chopped
Instructions:
Blend escarole, spinach, kale, celery, apple, water, lemon juice, honey, and ginger in a blender until silky smooth. Strain through a fine-mesh sieve, pressing gently. Serve over ice or chill for up to 1 hour, shaking well before serving.
