Whip up a refreshing green tonic with apple, honey, ginger, and lemon in minutes, no juicer needed!
Ingredients:
  • 1.5 cups chopped escarole
  • 1.5 cups chopped spinach
  • 1 cup chopped kale
  • 2 stalks celery, chopped
  • 0.5 cup chopped Granny Smith apple
  • 0.5 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 (1 inch) piece fresh ginger, chopped
Instructions:
  • Blend escarole, spinach, kale, celery, apple, water, lemon juice, honey, and ginger in a blender until silky smooth. Strain through a fine-mesh sieve, pressing gently. Serve over ice or chill for up to 1 hour, shaking well before serving.
