Delicious oatmeal blondies packed with your favorite mix-ins for a chewy and irresistible treat.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup butter at room temperature
  • 1 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 0.5 cup chocolate chips
  • 0.5 cup chopped walnuts
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Give a loving rubdown to a 9x13-inch baking pan with some grease and flour.
  • Combine butter, brown sugar, and white sugar in a large bowl until creamy. Add eggs one at a time, followed by vanilla extract. Stir in salt, baking soda, baking powder, flour, oats, chocolate chips, raisins, and nuts if using. Mix thoroughly and transfer to the baking pan.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes until beautifully golden. Allow to cool in the pan for around 5 minutes before slicing into delectable bars.
