Whip up a decadent chocolate dessert in no time. Chill your cream for a light and fluffy finish.
Ingredients:
  • 300ml thickened cream
  • 20.00 ml Nestlé Milo powder, plus extra, to serve
  • 8 Paradise Cottage Cookies Triple Choc Temptation biscuits, coarsely broken, plus extra, crumbled, to serve
  • 26g (1/2 cup) Coco Pops
  • 4 x 80g tubs Belgian Chocolate Mousse
Instructions:
  • Whisk cream with electric beaters until soft peaks form. Gently fold in the Milo until combined.
  • In four 300ml serving glasses, layer half of the biscuit, cream, Coco Pops, and mousse. Repeat with the remaining half of each ingredient. Finish by sprinkling with extra Milo and crumbled biscuit on top.
