Ingredients:
  • 65.63 gm soy sauce
  • 65.00 gm tomato sauce
  • 28.60 gm honey
  • 12 chicken drumettes
  • 125g sugar snap peas, trimmed
  • 1 large carrot, cut into sticks
  • 2 celery stalks, cut into sticks
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 200°C and prepare a baking tray by lining it with foil.
  • In a bowl, mix soy sauce, tomato sauce, and honey. Add chicken and toss to coat evenly. Arrange coated chicken pieces in a single layer on a baking tray. Bake for 30 minutes, turning the chicken pieces twice, until they turn golden and are fully cooked. Let it cool before serving.
  • In a small heatproof bowl, add peas and cover with boiling water. Let them sit for 3 minutes. Drain and rinse with cold water.
  • Assemble chicken and vegetables in meal containers.
