Quick and delicious sweet treat ready in 10 minutes!
Ingredients:
  • 4 mini brioche buns, split (see Notes)
  • 40.00 ml chocolate hazelnut spread
  • 75g dark chocolate, chopped
  • 2 x 125ml tubs coffee gelato
  • 62.50 ml hazelnuts, skinless, roughly chopped
Instructions:
  • Spread each bun base generously with 2 teaspoons of delicious hazelnut spread. Place 1/3 of the chopped dark chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on MEDIUM (50%) for 1 minute, stirring halfway through with a metal spoon until melted.
  • Swiftly transfer the gelato to a bowl. Gently fold in the leftover chopped chocolate and most of the hazelnuts. Stir until well incorporated, ensuring the gelato remains solid.
  • Scoop 1 portion of gelato onto each bun base using an ice-cream scoop. Top with bun tops, drizzle with melted chocolate, sprinkle with remaining hazelnuts, and serve right away.
