Mini S’mores Pies

Whip up quick and delicious s'mores hand pies with Pillsbury pie crusts, graham crackers, chocolate, and marshmallows.
Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup whipping cream
  • 1 bar (6.8 oz) milk chocolate candy, unwrapped, chopped
  • 1 package (4 oz) single-serve graham cracker crusts (6 crusts)
  • 1 cup miniature marshmallows
Instructions:
  • In a small saucepan, gently heat whipping cream over medium heat until just about to boil. Add chopped chocolate and let it sit for 10 minutes. Whisk it until silky smooth.
  • Evenly distribute the chocolate mixture into the crusts, then refrigerate for a minimum of 2 hours until firm.
  • Preheat oven to broil setting. Top pies with marshmallows and place on a cookie sheet. Broil for 1 to 2 minutes until marshmallows are lightly toasted.
