Delicious salad with candied walnuts, cranberries, Gorgonzola cheese, mixed greens, and raspberry vinaigrette - a crowd favorite!
Ingredients:
  • 0.5 cup walnut halves
  • 0.25 cup sugar
  • 3 cups mixed greens
  • 0.5 cup dried cranberries
  • 0.5 cup crumbled Gorgonzola cheese
  • 1 tablespoon raspberry vinaigrette
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions:
  • Combine walnuts and sugar in a skillet over medium heat, stirring until the sugar caramelizes and coats the walnuts evenly. Transfer the caramelized walnuts onto a sheet of aluminum foil to cool.
  • In a spacious salad bowl, combine mixed greens, cranberries, cheese, vinaigrette, vinegar, and olive oil. Give it a delicate toss, then mix in the candied walnuts and toss once more.
