Indulgent yellow cake loaded with chocolate chips, hint of coffee liqueur, and decadent chocolate glaze.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (18.25 ounce) package yellow cake mix
  • 1 (3 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 0.33300000429153 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 4 eggs
  • 0.5 cup coffee flavored liqueur
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 0.25 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons butter
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Give your 10-inch Bundt pan some love with a good grease and flour coating.
  • Combine cake mix and pudding mix in a large bowl, then create a well in the center. Add in oil, sour cream, and eggs. Mix on low speed until well blended. Scrape the sides of the bowl and continue to mix on medium speed for 4 minutes. Fold in the coffee liqueur and chocolate chips.
  • Transfer the batter to the prepared pan and bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Let cool, then generously spread with Chocolate Glaze.
  • Prepare the Chocolate Glaze by melting butter and chocolate chips in a saucepan, stirring frequently. Allow it to cool slightly before drizzling it over the cake.
