Creamy golden mushroom soup-infused meatloaf is smothered in a luscious gravy.
Ingredients:
  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 0.75 cup bread crumbs
  • 2 (10.5 ounce) cans condensed golden mushroom soup, divided
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • 1 tablespoon dried minced onion
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.33333334326744 cup hot water
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) to create the perfect cooking environment.
  • Combine ground beef, bread crumbs, 1/2 can condensed soup, egg, dried onion, and salt in a bowl, ensuring even distribution. Shape mixture into an 8x4-inch loaf and transfer to a baking dish.
  • Roast in the preheated oven until fully cooked, around 1 hour and 15 minutes. Use an instant-read thermometer to ensure the center reaches at least 160 degrees F (70 degrees C).
  • As the meatloaf nears completion, mix 1 1/2 cans of soup and hot water in a saucepan over gentle heat until smoothly blended and simmering. Drizzle over sliced meatloaf for a delicious finish.
