Crispy golden pork chops with seasoned cracker crust, juicy and tender inside.
Ingredients:
  • 2 large eggs
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon onion powder
  • 3 (4 ounce) packets saltine crackers, crushed
  • 6 thin cut pork chops
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
Instructions:
  • Assemble all your ingredients.
  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) for the perfect cooking environment.
  • Combine eggs, garlic powder, and onion powder in a shallow bowl and whisk until smooth. In a separate shallow bowl, place the cracker crumbs.
  • Coat pork chops in egg mixture and then press into cracker crumbs for a crispy texture.
  • In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat oil. Fry breaded chops until golden brown, about 2 to 3 minutes per side. Transfer to a baking sheet.
  • Roast in the heated oven until fully cooked, around 45 minutes. Verify doneness with a thermometer showing 145°F (63°C) in the center.
