Ingredients:
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 0.5 teaspoon baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 0.5 cup butter, softened
  • 3 bananas, mashed
  • 1 cup grated carrots
  • 1 cup walnuts
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and give your two 4x8-inch loaf pans a nice coat of grease.
  • In a bowl, mix flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. In a separate bowl, use an electric mixer to cream together brown sugar and butter until smooth. Slowly add the flour mixture and mashed bananas to the creamed butter mixture, stirring until just combined. Gently fold in carrots and walnuts, then pour the batter into the loaf pans.
  • Bake in the oven already heated until a toothpick inserted in the center of the loaf comes out clean, approximately 50-60 minutes.
