Pudding-infused chocolate chip cookies.
Ingredients:
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 0.75 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 (3.5 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2.25 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, whip together butter and sugars until creamy. Stir in pudding mix, eggs, and vanilla. Mix flour and baking soda together; blend into the creamy mixture until well combined. Gently fold in chocolate chips.
  • Spoon teaspoon-sized portions onto baking sheets. Bake until lightly browned, 10-12 minutes.
