Classic Christmas fudge with chocolate chips, peanut butter, and sweetened condensed milk. A timeless treat since the 80s. Simple and delicious.
Ingredients:
  • 1.5 (6 ounce) packages semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 0.5 cup peanut butter
Instructions:
  • Prepare a 9x13-inch pan by lining it with parchment paper.
  • In a microwave-safe glass or ceramic bowl, melt chocolate chips in 15-second intervals, stirring after each interval for a total of 1 to 3 minutes. Mix in peanut butter until smooth. Add sweetened condensed milk and stir until fully combined. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan.
  • Smooth the fudge into the pan using the back of a spoon or a plastic bag over your hand. Chill in the refrigerator until set, for 2 to 4 hours.
  • Cut the fudge into squares and transfer them to an airtight container for storage.
