Wholesome cinnamon oatmeal with dried fruit and seeds, perfect for a week of satisfying breakfasts.
Ingredients:
  • 10 cups water
  • 1 cup steel cut oats
  • 0.25 cup flaxseed meal
  • 0.25 cup chia seeds
  • 0.75 cup goji berries
  • 0.75 cup raisins
  • 0.75 cup dried cranberries
  • 0.25 cup brown sugar
  • 0.25 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
Instructions:
  • In a large pot, bring water to a boil. Stir in oats, flaxseed meal, and chia seeds to avoid clumping. Add goji berries, raisins, cranberries, brown sugar, pumpkin seeds, and cinnamon. Simmer on low heat, stirring occasionally, until oatmeal is creamy, about 40-45 minutes.
