Cheesy corn green bean casserole with buttery cracker topping, a delicious twist on a classic favorite.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (15.25 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 (14.5 ounce) can French cut green beans, drained
  • 1 (10.5 ounce) can condensed cream of celery soup
  • 0.75 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 0.5 cup chopped onion
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 2 sleeves buttery round crackers, crushed
  • 0.5 cup melted butter
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) while you generously grease a casserole dish.
  • Combine corn and green beans in the dish. In a large bowl, mix condensed soup, Cheddar cheese, sour cream, onion, and salt until fully combined. Spread over the corn mixture in the dish.
  • In a medium bowl, mix crushed crackers with melted butter until well combined. Spread this flavorful cracker mixture over the casserole.
  • Bake until the casserole is bubbly and the topping is golden brown, approximately 45 minutes in the preheated oven.
