Savory spaghetti sauce featuring flavorful ground beef, fresh parsley, and onions, combined with a zesty mix of tomato juice, tomato sauce, and Worcestershire sauce for an added punch.
Ingredients:
  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 7 tablespoons olive oil
  • 0.25 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 (46 fluid ounce) can tomato juice
  • 1.5 (15 ounce) cans tomato sauce
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon garlic salt
  • ground black pepper to taste
Instructions:
  • In a large skillet over medium heat, sauté ground beef with onion, olive oil, and parsley until onions are tender and beef is cooked through, about 8-10 minutes.
  • Combine tomato juice and tomato sauce in a large pot over medium heat. Stir in the ground beef mixture, Worcestershire sauce, salt, garlic salt, and pepper. Let it simmer for 1 hour.
