Succulent pork ribs marinated in a flavorful blend of soy sauce, herbs, and citrus, then slow-cooked until tender and caramelized.
Ingredients:
  • 10 pork spareribs
  • 0.5 cup soy sauce
  • 10 sprigs fresh parsley
  • 10 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1 tablespoon dried rosemary
  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano
  • ground black pepper to taste
  • 2 limes, cut into wedges
Instructions:
  • In a large pot, submerge spareribs in water until just covered. Stir in soy sauce, most of the parsley, garlic, lime juice, rosemary, oregano, and bay leaves. Boil, then simmer uncovered until water evaporates, around 25 minutes.
  • Discard bay leaves, then cook spareribs until golden brown, turning occasionally. Use a spatula to deglaze the pot with browned bits and softened garlic, allowing the garlic flavor to infuse the meat. Transfer spareribs to a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
  • Sprinkle spareribs with fragrant black pepper. Add a pop of freshness with lime wedges and a sprinkle of the remaining parsley before serving.
