Biscuit cups stuffed with eggs, bacon, and cheese for a portable breakfast.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (12 ounce) package bacon
  • 1 (10 ounce) can refrigerated large flaky layer biscuits
  • 6 eggs, beaten
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 6 tablespoons shredded Cheddar cheese
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste
Instructions:
  • Cook the bacon in a large skillet over medium-high heat, turning occasionally, until evenly browned, about 10 minutes. Then, drain on paper towels and chop once cooled.
  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for the perfect cooking temperature.
  • Take each biscuit and gently split it in half. Place 2 halves into a muffin cup, shaping the dough to form a cup. Repeat with the rest of the dough to create 12 biscuit cups.
  • Combine eggs and milk in a bowl until perfectly mixed. Fill each biscuit cup halfway with the egg mixture, then add 1 tablespoon of bacon and 1 1/2 teaspoons of Cheddar cheese on top of each biscuit.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes, until the biscuit crust is golden brown, the cheese is bubbly and melted, and the egg center is fully set.
