This festive cake is ideal for holidays, buffets, or picnics, emitting a delightful aroma while baking. Moist and flavorful, a beloved birthday treat for two decades!
Ingredients:
  • 1 (18.25 ounce) package moist white cake mix
  • 1 (5 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 0.75 cup vegetable oil
  • 0.75 cup white wine
  • 4 eggs
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C, grease and flour a 10-inch bundt pan.
  • In a medium bowl, mix cake mix, instant vanilla pudding, nutmeg, vegetable oil, white wine, and eggs until smooth using an electric mixer for 5 minutes.
  • Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Cool cake in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a rack to cool completely. Serve the sliced cake topped with whipped cream, confectioners' sugar, and sliced strawberries.
  • For a textured crust, dust the greased pan with cocoa powder or a cinnamon sugar mixture after greasing it. Use a clean salt shaker for easy application. This will create a prettier cake without any white residue on the outside.
