Delicious and easy recipe - member approved! It's quick to make and bursting with flavors.
Ingredients:
  • 600g lamb strips
  • 10.00 gm cornflour
  • 18.40 gm canola oil
  • 1 red onion, sliced
  • 20.00 ml freshly grated ginger
  • 2 cloves of garlic, chopped
  • 1 chilli, finely chopped
  • 43.20 gm hoisin sauce
  • 62.50 gm water
  • 1 green capsicum, sliced
  • 1 red capsicum, sliced
  • Handful of spring onions
Instructions:
  • Dredge lamb strips in cornflour in a bowl for a crispy coating.
  • Heat a wok with oil until hot, then stir fry onions, garlic, ginger, and chili until aromatic and golden brown.
  • Cook lamb in a wok until nearly done. Stir in hoisin sauce and water, followed by capsicum and spring onions. Cook until vegetables are tender yet crisp.
  • Pair with fragrant steamed rice or crispy fried rice.
