- 1 (6 ounce) package white chocolate, chopped
- 3 peppermint candy canes
- Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with waxed paper.
- Melt white chocolate in the microwave in a bowl until smooth, heating for 60 to 90 seconds. Stir well.
- Create a sturdy double-layered bag by placing one gallon-sized resealable bag inside another. Fill the inner bag with candy canes and seal it tightly. Crush the candy canes in the bag using a rolling pin, then mix the crushed candy canes into melted white chocolate.
- Spread the luscious white chocolate mixture evenly on the prepared baking sheet. Allow it to cool in the refrigerator for 1 hour until it is firm.
