Ingredients:
  • 3 cups milk
  • 3 cups water
  • 1 cup dry polenta
  • 2 tablespoons white sugar
  • 0.5 cup sour cream
  • 6 tablespoons blackberry jam
Instructions:
  • 1. In a medium pan over high heat, combine milk and water, and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to simmer. Gradually pour in polenta while stirring to break up any lumps. 2. Stir in 2 tablespoons of sugar and salt. Cook, stirring frequently, until the polenta is smooth and creamy, about 30 minutes.
  • Combine sour cream and 1 tablespoon of sugar in a small bowl.
  • Spoon creamy polenta into bowls, then generously sprinkle with 1 tablespoon of jam and a decadent dollop of sweetened sour cream.
