Delicious grilled salmon marinated in zesty lemon and herbs, topped with flavorful grilled onions. Perfect for summer!
Ingredients:
  • 0.25 cup olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon dried parsley
  • 2 tablespoons dried thyme
  • 1 tablespoon dried rosemary
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 4 (6 ounce) fillets salmon
  • 1 lemon, juiced
Instructions:
  • Heat the grill to medium temperature.
  • Combine the olive oil, parsley, thyme, rosemary, and garlic in a shallow glass dish. Add the salmon and coat with the mixture. Drizzle lemon juice over each fillet. Cover and refrigerate to marinate for 30 minutes.
  • Prepare the grill by lightly oiling the grate. Place the marinated salmon on the grill, ensuring to discard any leftover marinade. Grill the salmon over medium heat for 8 to 10 minutes, flipping it once. The salmon is ready when it flakes easily with a fork.
