"Savor these flavorful Moroccan grilled chicken kabobs, ready in just 15 minutes."
Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup apricot preserves
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 1/2 lb), cut into 1 1/2-inch pieces
  • Cooking spray
Instructions:
  • Preheat a gas or charcoal grill. Combine preserves, cumin, cinnamon, coriander, and salt in a large bowl. Add chicken pieces and toss to coat evenly. Thread the chicken onto 4 metal skewers (10- to 12-inch each).
  • Coat chicken with cooking spray and brush grill rack with oil. Grill chicken over medium-high heat, covered, for 10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until cooked through.
