Easy and flavorful Moroccan lamb using store-bought seasoning for a quick and delicious meal.
Ingredients:
  • 12 Frenched lamb cutlets
  • 20.00 ml Moroccan seasoning mild
  • 190g couscous
  • 230g pea
  • 2 tsp vegetable stock powder
  • 1 lemon, rind finely grated
Instructions:
  • Season the lamb generously with aromatic Moroccan spices. Let it rest for 15 minutes. Heat a non-stick pan sprayed with oil over medium-high heat. Sear the lamb cutlets for 2-3 minutes per side until cooked to perfection.
  • While you're waiting, combine couscous, peas, and stock powder in a heatproof bowl. Pour in 1 cup (250ml) boiling water, cover, and let sit for 10 minutes. Fluff the grains with a fork and mix in the lemon rind.
  • Present the lamb cutlets alongside a bed of fluffy couscous.
