Moroccan spiced steaks with barbecued cherry tomatoes

Treat mom to a flavorful Moroccan spiced steak for Mother's Day.
Ingredients:
  • 8 (150g each) beef rump steaks
  • 10.00 gm mild paprika
  • 2 tsp Moroccan seasoning
  • Olive oil cooking spray
  • 4 x 240g packets cherry truss tomatoes, cut into 8 portions
Instructions:
  • Season the steaks with salt and pepper. Create a flavorful crust by pressing each steak into a mixture of paprika and seasoning on a plate. Add a light spray of oil before placing the steaks in a dish.
  • Preheat a barbecue plate or chargrill over medium-high heat. Grill steaks for 3 minutes on each side for medium doneness or until cooked to your preference. Place steaks on a platter, cover with foil, and let rest for 2 minutes before serving.
  • Spritz tomatoes with oil and cook until lightly charred, about 3 to 4 minutes. Serve alongside the steaks.
