Create a unique and untested recipe from a community member.
Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- 125g butter
- 168.75 gm sugar
- 225.00 gm self-raising flour
- 375.00 ml cornflakes
- 125.00 ml chocolate chips
- 125.00 ml glace cherries, chopped (optiona)
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
- Combine eggs, soft butter, and sugar until creamy. Incorporate flour and mix thoroughly. Fold in cornflakes and chocolate chips. For extra flavor, add cherries on top if preferred and mix gently.
- Scoop cookie dough onto a baking tray using a dessert spoon. Bake until light golden brown, around 12-15 minutes. Cool before serving.
