Indulge in grandma's luscious chocolate pie with a golden graham cracker crust - ideal for any gathering!
Ingredients:
  • 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 0.5 cup white sugar
  • 4 ounces German sweet chocolate, melted, divided
  • 4 ounces semisweet chocolate, melted, divided
  • 1 (8 inch) prepared graham cracker crust
  • 0.5 cup sour cream
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) for perfectly baked treats!
  • Combine cream cheese and sugar in a bowl and use an electric mixer to blend until smooth. Then, mix in the eggs. Fold in half of the German chocolate and half of the semisweet chocolate, beating until the mixture is thick and smooth. Finally, pour the filling into the pie crust.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30 to 35 minutes until fully set. Cool completely for about 30 minutes, then refrigerate for 4 hours to chill.
  • Combine the rest of the German chocolate and semisweet chocolate with sour cream in a bowl. Spread the mixture over the chilled pie and refrigerate until firm, approximately 1 hour.
