Nada's Baba Cake

Make a beautiful marbled cake in a ring pan or 9-inch Bundt pan if you don't have a baba pan.
Ingredients:
4eggs
3tablespoons vegetable oil
1.5 cups superfine sugar
1teaspoonvanilla sugar
1.5 cups self-rising flour
1tablespoonunsweetened cocoa powder
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and prepare your 2-liter baba pan or 9-inch Bundt pan by greasing and flouring it.
In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, oil, superfine sugar, and vanilla sugar until light and fluffy, about 5 minutes. Gently fold in the flour. Set aside 1/4 cup of the batter. Pour the remaining batter into the pan. Mix cocoa powder into the reserved batter. Drop spoonfuls of the cocoa batter onto the pan and create a marbled effect by swirling with a skewer or knife.
Place in the already warm oven for 30 to 40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Let it cool.
